In accordance with the terms of the program, the purchase of a room (suite) at the MONTIS MOUNTAIN RESORT by Splendid in the amount of € 250 makes it possible to obtain Montenegrin citizenship (additional costs) for the investor himself, his wife and children. It is important to note that the investor does not invest in a share, but in property in the MONTIS MOUNTAIN RESORT by Splendid, buying out a specific room (suite). Moreover, the furniture is included in the price.

MONTIS MOUNTAIN RESORT by Splendid will be managed by the renowned Splendid group, which guarantees a quick return to good profitability figures. Moreover, in the SPLENDID 5 * hotel in the south of Montenegro, it will be possible to stay for free for 1 week a year in the first year after the investment is made.

And after the completion of construction, one month a year it will be possible to live in MONTIS MOUNTAIN RESORT by Splendid, and this is far from the only bonus for an investor in this project.
